Cheryl and John Bean founded B Smart Builders based on 30+ years of home construction projects and 50+ years of combined engineering and advanced project management skills gleaned from the aerospace industry. Our passion is to create new or improved living environments in terms of beauty, functionality, and energy efficiency. Something that makes us unique is that we do IN HOUSE design work.

We specialize in kitchen and bath remodels, room additions, built-in entertainment centers, and energy improvements, but we enjoy all remodeling challenges. Our ultimate goal for new home construction is to build "SMART" homes that...

1. Operate self-sufficiently with little or NO dependence on current utility infrastructures
2. Incorporate "smart" electronics that allow the home-owner to both monitor and manage their security, lights, sound, temperature, etc... while at home or away from home
3. Exhibit different styles unique to different home-owners
4. Remain cost-effective and affordable to both build and maintain
