Located in the desirable Alfred Drowne neighborhood in Barringotn, RI, our home is an eclectic cottage style. It is in a great location: 3 neighborhood beaches, direct access to the East Bay Bike path, close to Bristol, Newport and Providence.

If you are looking for a comfy, charming stay, then look no further. Our house has 2 "kids" bedrooms upstairs, which are more suited for kids rather than grown adults, along with a spacious bathroom and a clawfoot tub. Downstairs there is a master bedroom, brand new full bath with oversized tiled shower and floor heating, kitchen, TV room and dining/puzzle/computer room. The neighborhood is great for walking, hitting the 3 neighborhood beaches (1 is a block's walk from our home) and also has direct access to the East Bay Bike Path, which runs from downtown Providence to Bristol, RI. Brown, RISD, Johnson & Wales and Roger Williams are all within a 15-20 minute drive.

You will have access to the entire home and yard. The southern facing front porch is a favorite amoungst our guests for sipping morning coffees or perusing an afternoon read. In the back, we have a patio dining table with seating for 4, along with a Weber BBQ.

Arrival and departure logistics will be individually coordinated after reservation is made.

Alfred Drowne was ranked one of the Best Steets to to live in on the East Bay in Rhode Island Monthly. It is an historic neighborhood, with many century homes and great for walking, jogging or hopping onto the bike path: downtown Barrington, Warren and Bristol are all a pleasant bike ride from our home on the bike path, which affords amazing vistas of the salt marshes and Narragansett Bay, along which it runs.
