We offer a FREE SERVICE to tenants to help them find their next rent home! We can show you over 5, 000 homes throughout the DFW area. We can save you time and money in your rent home search. Here’s how we work:

1. You tell us what you need and want in your next home: number of bedrooms? Certain school district? Certain distance from work? Allow pets? Price range?….whatever you want.
2. We will build you a CUSTOM WEBSITE that shows you ONLY the properties that matches those needs and wants. Many of the properties have pictures for you to preview.
3. You review the website and mark the properties that are of interest to you. Two-three weeks before you are planning on moving, we’ll set up a time to go see up to five or six properties. Imagine not having to coordinate looking at five different houses with five different owners and only looking at properties that are truly available! You can do all your house searching in a couple of hours instead of days or weeks.
4. Before we go out, you’ll complete the lease application process. We’ll have EVERYTHING we need to submit your application the minute you find the home you want. This means you can get your lease approval FASTER.
5. We will help you negotiate your lease. Perhaps there are one or two items you would like to see improved before you move-in; or maybe you would be willing to sign a longer lease if the owner would reduce the rent. Let us negotiate with the owner on your behalf.
