Fort Worth APTS

Everyone usually makes 1 mistake in their apt. Choices in 20 yrs. Of renting. Windtree was my mistake. Located on the EAST side of ft.worth, it's access to i-30 and affordable rates were the lure. Mistake. You get what you pay for. There is a bee hive located at the end of our apt. Section and bees daily swarm. They have burrowed their way into the side corner of a balcony. I have personally been told by residents near the hive they find bees on their doors and have to fight the bees to get inside.We've also had bees around our door. The apt mngr won't have them removed. These apts have a curfew after 10pm. You can't sit in your car after 10, can't sit on your steps, ONLY THE BALCONY, and unfortunately ours has mold in the wood, so we can't sit out there either after 10. I've personally heard one attempted breakin and it scared me, woke me out of a dead sleep at 8:30 in the morning!!! MNGRS HERE ARE ARGUMENTATIVE, RUDE, talk over you, and it took 2 months to have our basic maintenance request adressed, even though it was submitted in writing twice. I also came out one afternoon to find damage done to my vehicle! Of course it was repaired at my expense. I would say the best thing about these apts is the ceramic tile and backslash area for bathroom sink and kitchen. Super easy to clean and shine.
