The apartment house has several nice features such as luxury amenities, furnished apartments, and location convenience to the college and grocery store. You have access to a rooftop lounge, small gym, and deck. Covered parking and pets are an extra expense per month. Even though the location and upscale style is a plus, the hassle in dealing with the management and workers are not worth the expensive rent. Maintenance workers enter apartments several days throughout the month without knocking and without giving advanced notice; I have even come home and found a worker sitting on my couch relaxing watching my tv apparently on his break. On another occasion they entered my apartment while I was away, moved my furniture around, and took my TV. No matter how many times I complain about this security and privacy concern to management, they continue to ignore addressing the issue and the problem persists to this day. Even though aesthetically speaking it is a nice modern place to live, I wish someone would've warned me about this serious issue before I signed the lease. It could've saved me a lot of anxiety.
